Your data, in two screens.
DijitalGözlük presents PainPoint.biz from Türkiye. This page says what runs, who receives what, and where the one exception is.
- Measurement: Necessary measurement is cookieless and always on. Marketing measurement is off until you turn it on.
- Public evidence: Original complaint wording stays attached to its direct source link.
- Your requests: Delete your account from Account & Access. Export through the support form, after your member identifier is confirmed.
Only what the product needs
- Your account: sign-in runs through an outside identity service. PainPoint.biz keeps a derived member identifier, never your password.
- Your purchase: Paddle is the seller. It takes your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy and tells PainPoint.biz which package you bought, the subscription's state and its references; its notices are kept briefly for retry. PainPoint.biz holds no card number. The checkout page is the only page that loads a script from Paddle, so Paddle receives your IP address and browser details there directly.
- Your workspace: the ideas, competitors, research runs, evidence, notes and answers you create, kept while your account is open.
- Counts: anonymous product counts, redacted error reports, page timings, and which campaign or link brought you, none of it tied to a person or a cookie.
- Support mail: what you write to support and the reply address you give, kept in the owner's support mailbox, not in PainPoint.biz.
Who helps run PainPoint.biz
PainPoint.biz runs on outside services, each for one job: hosting and the database, sign-in, payment, sending email, the support mailbox, error reports, anonymous product counts, a check that a form was sent by a person, and a language model used to search public sources and to suggest competitors. Each receives only what its job needs and nothing that names you beyond what that job requires. Paddle is the seller of every paid package and holds your payment details under its own privacy policy. Some of these services run outside Türkiye; the company policy explains the basis for those transfers. The detailed list, naming each service with what it receives and where it keeps it, is sent on request through support.
Three kinds, none for tracking
- Necessary: short-lived cookies that keep you signed in, carry a package you chose into checkout and back, and let a form's confirmation page find what you sent. The product does not work without them.
- Preference: small choices the pages remember for you, such as the kind of business you picked, for at most a day. Your appearance setting stays in your browser only.
- Marketing choice: one cookie that exists only once you have answered the marketing measurement question, holding your answer for 180 days. No cookie is set for measurement before you choose, and none is used to follow you elsewhere.
Every cookie is first-party, HTTP-only, secure and same-site.
Public complaints about competitors
- PainPoint.biz reads only public, indexable material and shows a complaint in its original words with a direct link to where it was written. Nothing is taken from behind a login, a robots restriction or a rate limit.
- The words belong to whoever wrote them. PainPoint.biz builds no profile of that person and adds nothing about them.
- If a complaint you wrote appears in a member's research and you want it removed, ask through support with the link. The owner removes it by hand from stored research once the request is confirmed; there is no automatic suppression list yet.
What the support form collects
- A reply address, a category, a subject and your message; a name is optional. It is sent by email to the owner's support mailbox; PainPoint.biz stores no ticket.
- A check that you are a person runs on the page. It sees your IP address and browser signals and sets no cookie.
- The 15-day response target starts once the mailbox accepts a request.
Access, correction, export, deletion
- You can delete your account from Account & Access. Cancel any active package first. Deleting removes your workspace and your sign-in account. There is no undo.
- To export your protected data, ask through the support form; an operator exports it after your member identifier is confirmed.
- Deduplication facts with no link to you stay for at most 180 days so a verified purchase is never counted twice. Backups are the owner's separate retention.
- If you held a trial or a package, deletion keeps a one-way hashed form of your email address, with nothing else and no link to your account, so the free trial is not given to the same address twice. The address itself cannot be read back from it.
- To ask, use the support form; it reaches the owner's mailbox. Never send passwords, card details or recovery material. Answers come within 30 days.
- The company-wide policy, your rights under the KVKK and the GDPR, and the route to the data protection authority are at dijitalgozluk.com. This page is that policy applied to PainPoint.biz.
