Terms for using PainPoint.biz.
PainPoint.biz is operated by DijitalGözlük İnteraktif Med. Rek. İnt. Hiz. Tic. Ltd. Şti., Türkiye.
- Research: Public, indexable sources only; original wording and direct source links stay attached.
- Billing: Paddle is the Merchant of Record; selected packages renew automatically until canceled.
- Access: Access follows verified billing, never a checkout return alone.
- Help: Product and billing requests use the canonical PainPoint.biz support route.
Neutral evidence from public sources
- Name a product idea and competitors, run bounded research, and inspect accepted evidence in one feed.
- Evidence preserves original-language wording and a direct public source URL. PainPoint.biz does not score, summarize, editorialize, or promise complete coverage.
- Research searches only public, indexable sources and does not bypass authentication, access controls, robots restrictions, rate limits, or platform terms. Members must not request private or restricted material.
Sign in through an outside identity service
- A hosted identity service handles sign-in and holds your password; PainPoint.biz keeps only a derived member identifier.
- Keep access secure. Never submit secrets, card details, private messages, recovery material, or unlawful content as product input.
Paddle checkout and recurring renewal
Paddle is the Merchant of Record. Paddle hosts checkout, collects payment details, states the final charge, tax, billing date, and renewal information, and executes provider-side billing actions. PainPoint.biz never receives or stores card details.
- Trial
- Seven days, card required, Starter only. Starter monthly and Starter annual are configured with a seven-day, card-required Starter trial. Builder and Pro have no trial. Each member gets one trial: a member who has held a subscription before, paid or trial, cannot start another. Starter’s trial runs Quick research only. A verified higher-package checkout replaces an active Starter trial; it does not intentionally create a second entitlement.
- Renewal
- Unless canceled, the selected monthly or annual package renews automatically at that interval.
- Cancellation
- Cancellation stops the next renewal, not access already covered by the verified trial or paid period. A workspace export or deletion does not cancel a Paddle subscription.
- Manage billing
- Cancel through the Paddle customer portal at billing management.
Full refund within 14 days of purchase
- Rule: You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.
- Execution: Paddle, our Merchant of Record, processes refunds under its Buyer Terms. Ask through the support form.
- After a refund: A refund ends your package and its credits.
- Statutory rights: This adds to, and does not displace, any refund mandatory law requires, including EU, UK and Turkish consumer rights.
Access follows verified billing, not a browser return
Setup and project management are free. Research requires a verified trialing, paid, or not-yet-expired canceled subscription. Pending, expired, refunded, and revoked subscriptions cannot start research. A completed checkout page alone does not grant research access.
- Pending
- Locked until billing is verified.
- Trialing
- Open only for the verified trial period.
- Paid
- Open only for the verified paid period.
- Canceled — current period
- Open through the already verified current period; locked afterward.
- Past due
- A past-due state or payment failure preserves only an already-paid current period and marks the subscription canceled for future access.
- Paused
- A paused subscription is expired and locked.
- Expired
- Locked after the verified period expires.
- Refunded
- An approved full refund locks paid access when the verified billing event is applied.
- Revoked
- Locked when the verified revocation event is applied.
Expiry, refund, and revocation change access only. Products and evidence remain stored until you delete your account from Account & Access.
One support route, no second ticket store
Billing and product-support requests use the canonical PainPoint.biz support route, a form on PainPoint.biz that delivers your request by email to the owner-operated support portal. PainPoint.biz keeps no copy. When a request cannot be delivered, PainPoint.biz says so and does not claim that one was submitted.
